This is an actual sentence I got in an email quote from a dealership - “Also we only quote payment ranges when we quote a lease until we samit it over to the bank for approval.”

They gotta ask their friend Samit what he thinks first.

The bank approves their sale prices? Neat trick.

Is samiting something sending it over wrapped in luxuriant heavy silk? Or are we meant to infer something involved with “semite” and Jewish banker stereotypes?

You know...samit.

common typo, he meant sammich. The loan officer at the bank only works on sandwiches.

The call center guy in India working on an H1-B that stole your job.

They only quote leases, unless you can send the bank guy a sammich. GT350 sales are only approved by the sammich eating bank employee. No one at the dealership has that kind of power, since they only eat pizzas and chips.

This guy?

I like how they misspelled Samir AND turned it into a verb. That’s such a hip thing to do these days. It’s like when I jeckman that intersection near my house every morning.

Maybe they meant they have to check with Samir.

That would be Samjit.

Please tell me that this dealership (shell corporation?) is now off your list. Forever.

I’ll take “submit” for the block, Wink.

Reply back that it’s against YOUR policy, they are only allowed to SUBMIT your application to the bank. But in no way are they allowed to samit your application.
